There are 3 bedrooms in this home. There is an olympic queen and vanity in master bedroom. A twin and full bed in the second upstairs bedroom. The basement bedroom AKA "The Captain's Suite" has a queen bed with its own full bathroom attached.

This home was built in 1938 so it is full of Duluth character. It was recently updated but the integrity of the original structure was kept fully in tact. You will find surprises around every corner in this quaint cottage!
Located near University of MN - Duluth and the Woodland area in Hunters Park. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with the most amazing neighbors. The location is perfect, nearly everything you could ever want is within a 10 minute drive!
