Local Information

We try to keep up with local information so that you always know what is happening in Duluth. We have local books in the home. We also have brochures and information for many of the area attractions for you to peruse.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes for at least 8 people. We have kids plastic dinnerware available also. We have coffee pot, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, pizza oven, waffle maker, crockpot, blender and more. We provide local coffee for our guests along with general spices, sugar and creamer.

Parking

As a rule with our permit from the City of Duluth all of our guests must park in the driveway. There is ample parking for 3 vehicles. The garage is not available for parking unfortunately. In the winter months, we do have snow removal service and we do our best to keep up with keeping sidewalk and driveway clear for our guests.

Just minutes from parks

Hartley Nature Center, Chester Park, Lester Park, Leif Erikson, Rose Garden, Congdon Park, Canal Park, Park Point, Brighton Beach, Enger Tower are all just minutes from our home. There is no shortage of things to do and explore in this beautiful city! Hiking, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, you name it, you can find it in Duluth.

Dining

In our visitor book, we have lots of dining, breweries, coffee and ice cream shops listed. There are so many options from fast food and sit down to delivery! You can find something to fit any budget. We have many favorites, it's so hard to choose!
