Canal Park Brewing is one of our "go to" restaurants. We don't even have to look at the menu, we know exactly what we want to order every time we go there! The food is always delicious and we enjoy the environment and atmosphere.
In good weather, the outdoor space is gorgeous with a fire pit and the beautiful lake and the hillside in sight while dining!
They have a neat little shop inside with all things "CPB"... clothing, coffee mugs, magnets, etc.
They coined the term "North Coaster" which we fell in love with this concept: the north coast of America is Lake Superior! It sure feels like a "coast." Once we met someone from Washington on her first visit to Duluth. She couldn't understand why her family loved the city so much... she said once she saw Lake Superior, she completely understood. She said, "this lake is more like an ocean"... and many times it sure seems like it, doesn't it?
